ok even though i dont know this story i understand how you feel. exactly how i felt when i realised they'd cast joe cheng as naoki irie for it started with a kiss. it was like FUCKKKKK. naoki has an IQ of 200 and joe cheng isn't really the brightest light in the bunch. and by bunch, i mean a bunch of men models. so i can pretty much guess your outrage.
oh i forgot my point. my point was that in the end i conceded that joe cheng wasn't that bad because even though he took a bit of getting used to, he kinda brought a different dimension to naoki.
but also, jerry yen is ultimate gay. like honestly HAVE YOU SEEN THE WAY HE TALKS IN REAL LIFE. total fucking fag. liked him last time cos didnt know better. now, wow. FAIL.
really? okay i m going to youtube jerry yan, but i m not sure if i m prepared for the shock involved. he s like the one perfect guy left in this crazy crazy world. okay not him, but domiyoji the character.
its quite similar, ren is meant to be super cool but cute inside, great actor the works. i guess yan might be able to pull it off, maybe, but dammit they should have cast someone else. like zai zai
