4 day update

opps sorry havent really been keeping up with blogging
here's a quick 4 day update!

Thursday

went for the Fashion Revealed parade
featuring Thrill, Strand and accessories by Emma Page

i didnt really like the show
for some reason, thrill designs were very.. 'asian hooker'

but there were redeeming features

i love the colored eyelash extensions!

and STRAND for men:



the whole thing was a bit blah unfortunately
and i missed the jack london fashion show,
because of some problems with 2threads
ah well

Friday

lunch pictures on Lygon: hit up Corretto's again
i love their eggy carbonara
and then El Dolce Freddo for gelati
and yes, its open again after a month hiatus!
totally drool worthy.

had durian and roche gelati in a cup
i know it sounds weird
but trust me
its THAT good




had dinner at traceys


and then went to Lucky Coq on Chapel St for Brendan's birthday

I FORGOT MY IDENTIFICATION
SO WAS TURNED AWAY THE DOOR.

i know right
i cant believe they didnt think i looked 18
okay i m taking it as a compliment though

saw some old Lauriston friends even with this minor (!!) glitch

and finally SUNDAY
FATHER'S DAY
brought parents to Lemongrass for thai lunch
wow
that place has gone downhill.
apathetic curries
and bland tom yum

BUT the beef salad was amazing
no i m not using the word lightly
AMAZING

just wish Jasmine at Crown was still open
they recently shut down
which is sad as they had the best red duck curry

hrm. i m such a foodie-holic
